I don't think it's just a joke. We should use this for your aldermanic run. You want to audit the city's machinery, so let's audit the candidate.

You should preemptively take the tests and go to court to get declared legally and medically sane. Make it a prerequisite for the job. When the establishment comes after you, you'll be the only politician in Chicago with a certified mental ledger.
